Learning Lab, Level 1 (Required for novice students). 

New to reformer? This class is for you. Learn the machine and how to move with it. Class will cover the foundational exercises and classical technique. Supine, seated and simple standing postures covered.

ZumbA® & Dance Fitness

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.

All the fun of Zumba® Fitness combined with toning work. Uses lightly weighted sticks (optional). Easy to follow and effective!

Calling all kiddos!!
Like dancing?  Music?  Games, movement and fun are packed into this class for young peeps. Suggested age: 4-10
We follow the STOWE school calendar. 
No summer classes. 

In each workshop session, we focus on technique and breakdown of steps and then learn a great easy routine. Genres of interest: Brazilian Samba, Bellydance, HipHop and StripHop (approachable exotic dance), and Heels Choreography.

Watch for MasterClass opportunities with specialty and guest instructors.

Pop-Up specialty dance classes, Zumba® party classes, and Pilates technique classes will go on the schedule with at least a two-week lead time.

TRX® Classes

Using both signature TRX® products, we work through progressive exercises that challenge your strength and endurance together. Find some forgotten core muscles and get the bodyweight reps in!

Reformer & Chair + HIIT Combo with TRX tm equipment. Prior experience helpful.  Using the best of Reformer, Chair and TRX tm exercises to challenge your strength, posture and stability.

Barre and Strength Classes

Using the Booty Kicker® Barre system, classes use ballet barre movement technique with an approachable fitness format. For all levels, this class will challenge you to rethink lower body and core strength. Additional equipment may include the Bender® Ball, light weights, and mat-based floor work.
Weights, HIIT, Cardio, Balance
This class has it all and gets it done. Progressions make it harder as you get stronger!  BAM!

Join a team for different class-access levels. All Punchcards are valid for 10 classes and expire 3 months from the purchase date. Hot Yoga Stowe and MMMA Martial Arts classes are priced and purchased directly through the respective entities.
