This class combines the Zumba workout with lightly weighted Zumba Toning Sticks, for a whole body strengthening experience. With their rhythmic percussive sounds, these Zumba Toning Sticks will add some spice to your resistive workout routine. Zumba Toning® also blends body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. $12

Our newest dance fitness program coming this Fall,“CIZE” is so much fun, you won’t even realize you are exercising! Routines are easy to follow, so even if you don’t know how to dance, you can learn all the moves. While you are learning to master the dance moves, you’ll also be burning fat and calories. This workout is for EVERY fitness level. There is no equipment required. If you like fitness classes like Zumba, you will love this workout.

Martial Arts w/ MMA:
It is never too late to start. Our classes are tailored to guide the learner through “The Journey” at his or her pace. The program focuses on bringing you to a higher level of mind, body, and spirit through a detailed instruction of traditional techniques, self-defense, and physical and mental fitness. Students continue through a thorough curriculum consisting of hand strikes, kicking skills, falling techniques, sparring, and grappling/joint lock skills as well as traditional form sets and self-defense techniques that are designed to develop a well-rounded martial artist. We conduct our classes in a relaxed, positive atmosphere and are a fun and exciting way to stay healthy, increase confidence and relieve stress.
